ISY Bell`s Cafe in Mooresville

I would give 0 stars if possible I ordered the shrimp and flounder plate the menu online said 10.60 so I call it in, I get there they tell me its 17.00 I was like okay whatever it's probably a lot of food, I get home they gave me 5 shrimp and 2 little pieces of founder definitely a waste of money

Excellent wait staff and the breakfast menu was bountiful. Food came out quickly for a party of six. Good omelettes and the price was reasonable. Grits were too runny though and there was lipstick on the rim of my coffee cup. Other than that, it was good. Better service than Denny's!

Food was ok it's a hit or miss. Today was a miss...Nice people. Reasonably priced.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart and belly!!! This is the last restaurant I got to eat lunch with my Dad while he was on this Earth! He picked it because of the great atmosphere and big variety of the food!! I got a Philly cheese steak and he got mashed potatoes and gravy with county style steak!! The service was phenomenal and everyone in there knew my Dad! I loves how we could get in and out of the building with his wheelchair and the cool artwork.I love you Dad -RIP TLW

The food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT AND ALWAYS PLENTIFUL.. THE OWNERS KAREN AND MIKE ARE SUCH SWEET PEOPLE AND ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THEM.

Isy Bells is an underestimated cafe, the food is all homemade and absolutely delicious. I personally love their biscuits and the variety of items on their daily specials board.

My first visit for dinner and it was more than we could eat. The menu is huge and with a great variety to choose from. The atmosphere is clam and quite and service was great. I will be back to sample the breakfast menu soon.

Do not even bother. We were looking for a great little breakfast Saturday morning and left beyond disappointed. I was so excited after reading the reviews. 4.2 stars - we left thinking there was no way we were at the Isy Bells we read about on Yelp. I ordered the eggs Benedict. The FRIED eggs were cooked HARD. So hard they were rubber. The English muffin wasn’t toasted. And you could taste the freezer burn in the homefries. My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken with gravy. He was served CHICKEN TENDERS -like from Sonic- with a microwave gravy at best. The coffee was old and bitter. The best thing was the toast. When we went to pay the cashier couldn’t figure out how to process a debit card. Seriously. A nightmare. Tables were dirty. Waitress was nice. But just no.

I really like this place. Nice seating and even a bar of needed. Lol. The food here is always amazing. And they have a wide variety of food. If your reading this......go try them. You'll love it

Perfect local, family owned establishment. Varied menu of delicious foods, but you are better off sticking to the simple items.

I've only had breakfast there but it's delicious. Perfectly cooked and great service. We stop in whenever we are in Mooresville.

Just good home call cooking. Family run, very casual. Don't expect super fast service, but do expect very friendly staff who treat you like family. Daily specials written on a white board at the door. If you want ambiance, look elsewhere, but if you want great food and casual atmosphere, it's solid.

My family loves Isy Bells! A huge menu, great tasting food and very large servings. We see why they have been a staple in Mooresville for 20 years!

I'd give 12 stars if I could! This place is extremely clean, bathrooms included (the women's restroom even has a changing pad for moms and tots!). The portions were extravagant for the price and my mother and I filled up so much on the appetizers that we barely had room for our dinner. April was our waitress and she was simply a doll. The ranch is outstanding, and the lasagna is so covered in melted cheese that I had to have help getting a single bite. This place will become a must for us whenever we visit Mooresville!

Best "homestyle" food restaurant in Mooresville, with a family like vibe. The owners are great, genuine people as well!

Food was editable but had no flavor at all. Some parts of our food was cold and pretty expensive for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend this place or try it again.

Fried flounder dinner and cube steak dinner delivered tonight. Was absolutely delicious. Thanks Isy Bells Cafe!

Its pretty good. The food taste a bit bland at times but a solid choice. The staff is a nice addition. I recommend the Westerner.

Great family restaurant! I grew up in a restaurant my family had and this reminds me of it. Lots of local people, very friendly staff and visitors, and fantastic food with large portions!! I’m a little old fashioned and this place is too!

Classic country restaurant. Good food and everyone is a friend. Same family for 3 generations. Needs a facelift IMO. But, that might ruin the charm.

Only reason I’m putting 1 star was the waitress was okay but the food was not good. No flavor at all I ordered the eggs Benedict (didn’t even taste like eggs Benedict)) very over priced !! My boyfriend had the philly cheese sand which there was hardly any meat in it an it tasted literally like NOTHING! Would not recommend

Wished they did lunch till noon. 4 dollar grilled cheese on white should be 2.50. Great fries

Friendly service and good food

Food was ok once we received it but it took forever and service was awful. Waitress took our order and never came back to check on us, even just set the bill on the table with out ever saying a word. Had to ask for coffee refill and never got water refills. When we asked how much longer after waiting more than 30 minutes for breakfast she snapped and said she had no idea and that it wasn't her job. Everyone was too busy arguing and bossing the new person around to pay any attention to anyone.

First time stopping here. Turned me off from going again for anything. They can't even get information right online for what they sell and dont sell. What a waste of my time.

What a heck of a great bar keep they have thee best you'll EVER FIND ! AND HAVE THE COLDEST BEER YOU COULD POSSIBLY GET BESIDE frozen. YOU MAKE THE PLACE GIRLY!!!!

We still laugh about this place on a weekly basis. All of the vegetables were clearly out of a can, the place was so dated and musty inside, and worst of all, the “cooked” meats were awful and inedible. We laugh because what I said to the owner when paying. She asked “How was everything?” rhetorically. I replied “The meat was so tough a dog couldn’t chew it!” I have never been more right about a dump.

The restaurant is very nice. And so are the waitresses. But the owner DOESN'T dress and act like a prominent businessman. He looks Rough. They do have good food. No I want be back.
